Because we deal with fresh food products, we have established the following policy regarding returns and refunds:

1. Final Sale Policy

Once an order has been accepted by the customer (at the time of delivery or pick-up), it is considered a final sale. There are no returns, exchanges, or refunds allowed after the product has been handed over.

2. Inspection at Time of Delivery/Pick-up

We encourage all customers to inspect their order thoroughly at the moment of arrival or collection.

  • Please check the quantity, weight, and freshness before accepting the order.

  • If you are unsatisfied with the quality or notice an error in your order, you must refuse the item immediately with the delivery partner or store staff.

3. Why We Have This Policy

To maintain the highest food safety and hygiene standards, we cannot accept returns on meat products once they have left our controlled temperature environment. This ensures that every customer receives chicken that has been handled with the utmost care and safety.

4. Damaged or Incorrect Items

In the rare event that you receive the wrong item or there is a clear issue with the packaging prior to acceptance, we will:

  • Replace the item immediately (subject to availability).

  • Issue a store credit or refund if the item cannot be replaced.

Refunds will be credited within 7 days.

There is NO return and we will provide refund only.

6. Cancellations

Orders can only be canceled or modified before they have been processed for dispatch. Once the chicken has been cut or packed for your specific order, cancellations may no longer be possible.
