At Gujarat Chicken, we are committed to delivering farm-fresh, high-quality chicken directly to your doorstep. To ensure maximum freshness and hygiene, we manage our own local delivery network.

1. Serviceable Areas

We offer FREE shipping on all orders placed within Gandhinagar city.

  • To confirm if your location is eligible for free delivery, please enter your PIN code at checkout.

  • Deliveries outside city limits may be subject to a nominal delivery fee or may not be available due to the perishable nature of our products.

2. Delivery Timelines

We understand that freshness is your priority. We offer the following delivery options:

  • Standard Delivery: Orders placed within [9 am to 8 pm] will be delivered on the same day within 4 hrs.

  • Order placed within [9 pm to 9 am] will be delivered next day within 4 hrs.
  • Express Delivery: In certain areas, we aim to delivered within 90–120 minutes of order confirmation.

3. Packaging & Cold Chain

To maintain the "farm-to-table" quality:

  • All chicken is cleaned, cut, and vacuum-sealed or packed in food-grade, leak-proof packaging.

4. Order Tracking

Once your order is dispatched, you will receive an update via SMS/WhatsApp with the contact details of our delivery partner. You can track your order status in real-time through our website/app.

5. Customer Presence & Acceptance

Since chicken is a highly perishable product, please ensure someone is available to receive the order at the specified address.

  • Important: As per our Return Policy, once the order is accepted by the customer or the person receiving it on your behalf, it is considered a final sale.

  • Please inspect the package for freshness and accuracy before the delivery partner leaves.

6. Unsuccessful Delivery Attempts

If our delivery partner is unable to reach you or gain access to the delivery location:

  • We will attempt to call you twice.

  • If the delivery fails due to customer unavailability, the order will be returned to our facility. Due to food safety protocols, a redelivery fee may apply, or the order may be cancelled without a refund to prevent the sale of spoiled meat.

7. Weather & Safety Delays

While we strive for punctuality, delivery times may be affected by heavy rain, traffic congestion, or local government restrictions. We will notify you immediately in case of any significant delays.
